It is HIGHLY advisable to print, cut, and fold layouts to check for proper bleeds, spacing away from folds and die line edges, and to insure no art is being covered by areas that fold over each other. Click below to view our layout guide.
Attached below is an .ai Template containing two layers. Layer 1 represents the die line, and it should always remain locked, isolated from the 'Art' layer, and kept in its original color. Layer 2 is designated for the graphics that will be printed. Ensure this layer only contains the final artwork intended for printing. Remove any extraneous or duplicate objects from the file before proceeding.
Note:While 1/16th of an inch is the minimum bleed and spacing, we recommend using 1/8th to 3/16th of an inch for internal bleed areas (over folds) and keeping elements spaced further from folds and cutting areas for added safety.
